The Site is operated by Modern Majestic and presents information about our custom kitchen cabinet, custom and aluminum closet, decorative panel, and door products. Quotes, project pricing, lead times, and material availability shown on the Site are provided for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer.
All quotations and engagements are confirmed through a separate written agreement following a showroom visit or consultation.
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Modern Majestic and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial reference only. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, modification, public display) requires our prior written consent.
When you submit information or documents through our contact form, you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
You grant Modern Majestic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing services.
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law; transmit malware, spam, or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the Site's normal operation.

Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Modern Majestic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, or expense arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising under these Terms shall be the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
